I'm a resilience leader and subject matter expert in mission-critical technical and disaster recovery support for large enterprise customers around the world. My work spans the full stack of preparedness — from business impact analysis and crisis management with executive teams, to designing zero-trust recovery for cloud and hybrid workloads.
